The private residence has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a large entertainment room, kitchen, piano/study area and outdoor swimming pool. The design intent was to work with the owner to achieve a traditional vernacular to suit the wife’s taste and accomplish a modern atmosphere that the husband appreciates. The master and guest wings were oriented to be connected by public open space.
