The planned objective for this mixed-use resort project was to design Little River to complement the local golf community and be the ideal destination for a variety of business and leisure lifestyles. Little River uniquely combines destination retail, including a golf superstore, urban residential units and condos, a medical office center, boutique hotel, 10-screen cinema and hours of family entertainment at the water park or amphitheater.
