The project was a design-build project to take an original Holiday Inn Express property constructed in 1995 and renovate the interior and exterior. The property had an extensive PIP (Property Improvement Plan) from the franchise with staunch requirements to renew their franchise agreement. The hotel required budget-conscious significant improvements on the exterior of the building, in the lobby, hospitality, and guestroom baths.
